Maori Talent.com is the brainchild of Tony Cutting and Wiremu Grace, “The Directors”. Wiremu and Tony grew up together around their marae in Hongoeka bay Plimmerton. They are both active members of the Hongoeka Marae committee and Wiremu is also chairperson for Kimihia Rangatahi, promoting education and tikanga Maori for the youth of Hongoeka.

Tony Cutting is of Ngati Toa descent. He has over 13+ years experience in the New Zealand recruitment industry and has managed some of New Zealand’s most successful recruitment agencies. Tony is passionate about career management, MaoriTalent.com allows him to maintain a strong interest in career management by providing the tools for people to market themselves.
Wiremu is of Ngati Toa, Te Atiawa, Ngati Raukawa and Ngati Porou descent. He is a Maori content developer for an internet based educational facility, creating and distributing Maori resources through the world wide web. Coming from a teaching background Wiremu also has a vast amount of experience in the Maori visual arts, performing arts and literature.
